OLADAYO LAWRENCE LLB, BL, FCTI, ANIM
Oladayo Lawrence is the Principal Partner of DF Lawrence Consulting.
He is an astute Lawyer with over a decade experience in core areas of Law. He is reputed for his skills in Taxation, Corporate Law, Oil & Gas Law, Real Property Law.
He acquired his Bachelor of Law degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2009 and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2011 after attending the Nigeria Law School Lagos.
He became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 2013 and became a Fellow (Senior member) of the Institute in 2019.
He is also a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management amongst other professional bodies.
He has worked with several reputable organizations, having his first taste of raw law practice at the office of Muiz Banire & Associates (SAN). He also worked with the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, where he mostly functioned in the Office of the Board Secretary under the Directorate of the Chairman of Nigeria's foremost State Revenue Agency.
OLUMIDE SHITTU

Olumide Shittu is the Managing Partner of DF Lawrence Consulting. He attended Baptist Model School and Lagos State Model College, Kankon, Badagry, Lagos for his secondary school education.
He graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria in 2009, and earned his B.L degree from the Nigerian Law School in 2011. He was called to the Bar as a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2011. He subsequently obtained, first a PGD, and then an LL.M Degree in Legislative Drafting from the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in 2015 and 2016 respectively, and was Governor of the Post Graduate Class during his time there.
He was a Research personnel of Lagos State Government/UNODC Restorative Justice Pilot Project.
Before his current role with DF Lawrence Consulting, Olumide joined Citipoint (Legal Practitioners) in 2011 where he later arose to the position of Senior Associate, while practicing in the areas of Taxation, Intellectual Property, Franchising & Brand Protection.

ISSA ADEDOKUN

Prince Issa Adedokun is the Research Partner of DF Lawrence Consulting
He Acquired his LLB Degree from the University of Ado-Ekiti (UNAD) where he finished as the best Graduating student in 2009. He then proceeded to the Nigeria Law School Lagos in 2010 where he earned his B.L degree in 2011.

Dr. Issa Adedokun was both the president of the Young Lawyers Forum and the Assistant Secretary of the Nigeria Bar Association (Ikeja Branch) between 2014 to 2016.
​
He earned a master's degree in law from the University of Lagos in 2014
and a Doctorate Degree from the same Institution and aforestated course in 2024, where he was awarded the best thesis for the program.

He is currently a lecturer at the University of Lagos in the Department of Private and Property Law
​
His core specialties are Litigation, Labour Law, Energy Law, and Property Law.
